Based on the shearing and distribution of metal materials, our group takes the manufacture of aluminum sheets/strips/foil as core business, and extends business scope to the service of laser cutting, and the design and manufacture of precision moulds, hardware, precision sheet metals, small household appliances, the refrigeration facilities of central air conditioners and display shelves.


Our group has a total investment volume of RMB 350 million and the total assets reached to RMB 550 million in the end of 2008. Our group covers an area of 66,000sqm, including 55,000sqm of construction area. Our group has already established several branches in Shenzhen, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Zhangzhou, Fuzhou, Shandong, etc.

Xiamen Jinyuan Steel Processing Co., Ltd. is a manufacturing enterprise integrating development, production, sales, and services. We have hardware division, steel division, sheet metal division and non-ferrous metal division. We are mainly engaged in manufacturing and processing stainless steel, iron plates, sheet metals, aluminum foil and other materials.


We have the backing of several steel and metal enterprises including Masteel, Shougang, BX Steel, Baoxin, Posco, Krupp, Chinalco, Nanping Aluminium, Shanghai Copper, Zhejiang Copper, etc. The distribution division of our company involves the sales, storage, shearing, and delivery of various metal materials including cold/hot-rolled plates/coils, stainless steel plates, galvanized plates, electro-galvanized steel, aluminum coated plates, aluminum-zinc plates, aluminum coils, aluminum foil, red copper, brass H59/H68/H62/H65, phosphor bronze, beryllium copper, 8K,sanded plates, NO4 grinding stainless steel suet, HL, etc.


Our main equipment including a large German flying shears for 700mm and a small one, a large Taiwan cold roll Leveling line, a large domestic hot roll Leveling line for 1500mm (width), a Japanese flying shear, an American slitting machine, four various light/heavy slitting machines for 650-1800mm (width), and five Taiwan/Singapore plate shearing machines.


With a high-power laser cutting machine (4.4 KW, 4M x 2M) and a German TRUMPE full-automatic CNC Punching Machine, and several German TRUMPE CNC bending machines and Japanese/Swiss Folding machines, the sheet metal division of our company provides clients with systematic services, including design, piercing, cutting, bending, welding and polishing for precision sheet metal. The processing thickness has reached 25mm of carburizing steel, 20mm of stainless steel and 12mm of aluminum panels.
